1 dry method. After drying and baking, the solvent or water evaporates, forming a tough film on the base fabric.
The process flow is: base fabric on the roll → coating → drying → rolling (or copying) → cooling → finished product roll.
2 wet method. The coating agent (such as polyurethane) is dissolved in dimethylformamide (DMF) to prepare a coating slurry. After coating, the coating is immersed in water to form a solidified film. Since DMF can be infinitely miscible with water, DMF is eluted in water, and polyurethane is insoluble in water, and the concentration rapidly increases. Finally, it is deposited on the base fabric. During solidification of the coating, DMF bleeds out of the polyurethane due to the semi-permeable membrane, resulting in channel micropores perpendicular to the surface of the membrane. Therefore, the surface of the polymer film has a porous shape. If the diameter of these micropores is controlled within 0.5 to 5 μm, a waterproof cloth that is air-permeable, waterproof, and moisture-permeable can be obtained. The wet coating process includes the following steps: base fabric coating → coating → immersing in an aqueous solution and solidifying → drying → cooling → rolling the finished product.
3 melting method. It heats and coats the base fabric with a thermoplastic resin as a coating agent. When it is used, it is hot-pressed with a hot roller or an iron to melt the spot-like, linear or net-like resin originally applied on the base fabric. , Adhesion to the processed fabric, often used to glue the collar lining. The process flow varies depending on the coating method, and the following are common.
a. Fouling method. The powdered resin was applied to an electromagnetic vibration device so that the powder was evenly spread on the surface of the base fabric, and then fixed with a non-contacting oven (or infrared tube). This method commonly used ethylene vinyl acetate coating agent, referred to as EVA lining cloth processing.
b. Powder point method. The coating is performed on two hot rollers and a carving roller combination device. The upper part of the engraved roller has a coating agent and a scraper. The resin falls into the groove of the engraved engraving roller. The fabric heated by the roller can reach a temperature of 160-180° C., and the powder is contacted with the engraving roller to complete the powder. Point of transfer. c. Plasma dot method. Mainly used for non-woven fabrics, the basic process with rotary screen printing.
4 transfer film method. It is the first coating the coating on the silicone pretreated transfer paper or metal tape, and then the base cloth and the transfer paper face-to-face overlap by the transfer roller transferred to the base cloth, after cooling, the transfer paper and The processing fabric is separated and finished.
