At about 14 o'clock on the same day, a patrolling policeman found a woman stopped by an old man in front of Huachong Park. After a while, the old man followed the woman to Hepu Nancun. The plainclothes police officers quietly trailed behind and found that the pair of men and women walked into a rental room and closed the door. About 10 minutes later, the police did not see the two men out. They forced the door open and found that the two men were carrying out a cheating transaction and seized money from the woman's insoles. Both were placed in administrative detention on the 10th and 15th respectively.
