Bosideng believes that JT has not fulfilled its contractual obligations so far and has constituted a breach of contract. To this end, Bosideng Company requested that JT and Maggie Cheung should immediately pay liquidated damages of HK$3.95 million according to the agreement, and JT would also pay a penalty of HK$0.75 million.

Bosideng Company stated that in order to prevent the loss from expanding, it was necessary to use flat and static advertisements on television. It still hopes that Maggie Cheung will serve as an advertising star for the company and states that if it fails, it will also require the other party to return the money the company paid in advance and reserves the right to pursue economic losses.
